Quetion On A Ehiem 2227

hi ya guys just wanted some information ive just bought a 4ft tank and got the ehiemwet and dry 2227 filter
now i have heard but nothing but badthings about these filters are they any good ?
also they say skimmers dont go well with this filter is this true

also how many power heads would i need for a 4ft tank ?

Hi & welcome! I have a Ehiem 2224 and have had no problems, does a great job!! cant help on the rest. Sorry

do i need one
