If I cut them into numerous stems then replant them so it gives me like a bush of them will they grow back in and re-root from the point they were cut at?

Cheers

i think it depends on the plant. not sure though!

Stem plants pretty much all behave in the same way. They start out as single shoots and depending what you do will determine what happens. If you want them to remain as single shoots then thou need to pull them out of the substrate, cut them in hal (more or less) and then replant the top which will reroot and throw out the bottom part with the old roots.

If you merely cut off some portion of the top and leave the bottom rooted, it will put out multiple shoots from just below the cut. If you want the more bushy look as opposed to the single stem look, then you do it this way. The lower down to the substrate you make the cut, the more bushy the look as a minimal amount of "single" stem will be left showing.
