Question On Ro

yer i was thinking the same thing, but im filling up a new tank at the mo with pure ro water and it left the little bubbles on the glass-thought it could be the chlorine

RO is as close to distilled ( pure ) water as you can get, there will be no chlorine in good quality RO
DO NOT use RO water only for for freshwater tanks, there has to be some sort of buffer in there, pure RO water will not sustain fish and is prone to rapid pH crashes due to there being no buffering capability in the water
Use RO rite or bicarb or something to add carbonate hardness and thus buffering to the water
