question on dividers

I looked in my local shop to try and get a divider for my tank to seperate my pregnant female from the rest of the fish but couldnt find any.
I got a breeder net but dont really want to put her in it cause it will stress her.
Is there any way I can make a divider myself and if so how??

Depending how big your tank is, you could use some fine cotton mesh (think hairnet type thing), but that would be a nightmare for even moderately sized tanks... What fish is she?

Ask people who keep bettas, a lot a of them make dividers for their betta tanks so they can put a few males in the same tank.

Latch hook plastic works great for this. It has small holes in it for water flow. Most craft stores sale it. You can either glue it in the tank with silacone or make some kind of hook that hooks on the lip of the tank and use flat rocks to hold the bottom.
