Hi tested my water parametres for the first time even though yet i dont no what the No2 test or hardness test mean or what i should do

between 0,05 and 0,1

Hardness
110 PPM
These test are 1 week after a water change, i think i need to lower my ph by .5 ideally, ive got a couple of chemicl thingys that say they lower or raise ph as needed
but as for the no2 and hardness pmm what do they mean and are they good like they are or do i need to act to fix them.
