Question About The Fluval Fx5 Filter

So we finally got the filter today (YAY!).... and I'm wondering where is the best place to put some mature filter media?
I have 2 filter bags in my other tanks that I plan on using to help get this tank going, and was just wondering where to put them in to the fluval filter?
We don't have it running yet. Didn't know if it came with those white styrofoam peanut looking things (it didn't), so waiting til tomorrow to actually get it going after we get some. Would the mature stuff go where that stuff goes?

I placed mature media in 2 of the central buckets but make sure on the bottom most one you place a water polishing pad in the bottom as otherwise your media will get into the impeller and break it. In the top bucket i placed the coarse and medium filter media.
