Question about ICK

in my previous posting it was determined that my Angelfish had ick, and the recommendation of ick treatment was successful. However; my angelfish lost part of his tail....was this caused by the ick?? Will it grow back?

The Angelfish is much more active now (compared to when it had the ick) and more alert.

Could be finrot? What does it look like, does it look like it was nipped by another fish? Look at the pinned post on deseases for finrot. I don't think ich would have done it, but may be wrong.
