question about ich

I bought some rummy nose at my LFS last night and did not quarantine them and after I put them in my tank i noticed the ich. Needless to say I was really upset because I could not catch the little boogers to put them in the hospital tank. So my question is since I need to treat my whole tank do I put the medicine in there since I have catfish because I have read some posts where people say it kills them or should I try to turn up the temp and do water changes daily? Any help would be appreciated... thanks!

Last night I found some babies my platy had. Would the treatment be ok to use on the fry too? Also what about my bio-wheel..should I take it out? The treatment is quick-cure.

awww babies! I think you should use the treatment but in half doses, i dont think it affects the catfish,Im pretty sure it does affect babies either.but i could be wrong, someone whos clever might know a little more about treating whilst you've got fry........
