Question About German Blue Rams

can i keep one german blue ram male in my 29 gallon tank? Would it be lonely?

i was going to keep it with a few neons and other tetras.

I have been doing some reading up on Rams and what I have come up with is that they will be lonely. They are so pretty. I cant wait to see what mine is going to do now.. I have worked real hard on getting the tank just right for them..

I have one male german blue ram in my 40 gallon with some killish and rainbows. I'm trying to find a female but my LFS is sold out. But anyway do u keep 1 male to 2 females?

If your tank can hold another ram, I would suggest you keep blue ram as a pair. First, He can live alone but he will be lonely. Secondly, rams will show a lot of interesting behavior if kept in pairs.

But anyway do u keep 1 male to 2 females?

As far as I know, rams are monogamy and they mate for life.
