Question About Fish Poo

I'm thinking about getting a nice foreground plant, something like the four leaf clover type, to cover the bottom of my tank. I'm wondering, since I won't really be able to get to the bottom with a vacuum, is the accumulation of fish poo going to mess up my tank? What can I do about the poop?

create runnels or trenches in your substrate to gather poo. If you have a lot of current say from a powerhead or an oversized filter the poo will collect in this trench making removal easier.
