Quarrantine

hey so ive just bought 2 more peppered corys for my community tank, and ive decided to quarrantine them in a small 5 gallon hex as im sick of introducing new diseases to my community tank!
how long should i quarrantine them for?
also one of the corys has a tiny bit of tail missing looks like its been nibbled! will it grow back?

If you are familiar with the source of the fish & have gotten good fish from them, quar for 2 weeks. An unknown source, 4 weeks.

4 weeks really minimum, id go 6 weeks if they are coping fine with their arrangements. Its tail should grow back when its healthy and has good water quality!
