Quarantine

OK, my fish have been in quarantine a little over 2 weeks now, and there is no problems at all. No signs of disease at all, and they are all eating VERY well. Can I put them in my community now?

I'd say yes, two weeks is the standard time for any problems to appear.

One week minimum usually though if you have healthy stock from a reliable supplier, 3 days is acceptable IMO.

I usually quarantine only for about 4 days because I can't wait any longer to add the fish
