Hi got a small cold water tank with one small gold fish for my little girl the promblem is the air pump makes a noise and keeps her up will it be ok with out a pump as its a small tank. Also there is a real smell coming from the tank. The tank is one day old Cheers Andrew

oyu shouldnt have a goldfish in a small tank anyway. a airpump will do absolutey nothing and any chance it will die soon unless its put into a cycled tank which yours wouldnt be others can help more than me

do you have any filtration?

The tank is one of them national geographical tanks and i dont have filtration apart from the pump.
