I have a puffer that is acclimated to a marine tank, and I am not sure if it is eating. What should I be feeding it, if anything in particular?

What Puffer, scientific name not common, what are you feeding, what are the water stats, what size of tank.....etc etc etc

What sort of puffer??

figure 8 puffer.

the tank is 250 gal.

had him for about a year now...fits in great with the other marine fish.

i just had him on the same diet as the other fish...which is pelleted food, spinach, and brine shrimp

There is your problem, Fig8's arent marine Puffers. They are a low Brackish Puffer. Id suggest doing some research on your fish, and gettng a suitable tank setup for it.

So a year and they give up the adaptation?

No its just been wrong from the get go. There are a number of marine puffers and tropical puffers who do well in marine water conditions, T Biocellatus (Fig8) isnt one of them im afraid :/
