Puffer type?

Was curious if somone could identify these puffers that I now have and what kind of water parameters they would like? Also, are they both the same type of puffer. My guess was that they are GSP, but anyone that knows, I would appreciate the input.

Here is the second puffer I have.

They look like dwrafs.

They are about 3" in length right now. I think that is too big for dwarfs.

i'm guessing green spotted puffers. if so, they are bw, and can get quite large..........
