Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice.
I've got a tank that's been running for two months - no problem.
It's had four hatchets, three fighting fish and three mollies.
They have all been getting on fine - the fighting fish are really placcid - more like friendly fish.
The hatchets esapecially are wonderful - so full of character.
In the last 48 hours two strange things have happened:
-2 hatchets have died and a third is starting to look a little unsteady.
-One female saffron mollie has gone crazy attacking everything in the tank - especially a much bigger marble mollie.
I have done a water check - 0.25 ppm ammonia, 0 ppm nitrite, 0 ppm nitrate.
Can anyone think of anything that might have happened to my fish?
It's awful seeing them change like this and not being able to do anything to stop it.
