 I have a 40 Gallon tank with 3 Pseudotropeus Saulosi. I have 1 male and 2 females but recently I noticed that one of the females isn't eating and moving a lot. Is she mouthbrooding?

She very well could be brooding. Does she move her mouth around a lot, kind of like a cow chewing cud? When holding eggs they do this to keep them moving around. After the eggs hatch they will still move their mouth around and you can see the fry moving around as well especially when the mouth is a little bit open.

Otherwise, it could be the males have been terrorizing her. This happens a lot with the S. Fryeri (common name Electric Blue and the Xystichromis phytophages (common name Christmas Fulu) that I have, especially when the males start to mature. I have two Fryeri right now that are pretty shabby looking because of the males. I also have had one male that killed 2 other males and 2 females when he matured. He was pretty bad but the fry off him were awesome! His first batch are the ones I still have today!
My two females normally hang around the top of the water and you can see some minor scale damage. So far they really aren't that bad and seem to be moving around the tank more today so maybe things are calming down again!
