Ps3 Friends

Does anybody own a ps3 and want to become an online friend to play games I own pro evo 8 and lego star wars at the moment.If you have any other suggestions for online gaming this too would be appreciated

sorry not buying a PS3 until they are backwards compatible with the earlier models. We have the 40gig HD model in Aus and it's not really very good of Sony to make everything wireless. I'm just gonna wait till the 60 & 80gig models come out and I can use my controllers on that.

Yes I can't understand why sony have not made them compatible with ps2 games, the only reason I can think of is so you buy more ps3 games.It is an awesome console though trust me.

what the hell are you guys talking about? Every ps2 game I own is plays on my friend's ps3. Are models that are offered in the US different than what you guys have? My friend has had his ps3 for about a year now.

yeh i was also thinknig this, in U.K where i live my freind has a ps3 and it plays all my ps2 games,

My stepdad tried to play tiger woods pga tour (2006, i think) on my ps3 and it didn't work.

Anyway I have ratchet and clank for ps3 and it's pretty cool 1 player. I can't believe its not two player though. The story set the stage up for a new one, however.

xbox 360 is the console for online gaming I can also agree that call of duty 4 is the best game out. Always ill be. My brother has ps3 and he plays his ps2 games on there. May just be some games that dont work.

ps3 is much better for online gaming, built in wi-fi and its free to access, and it has a web browser built in

And another thing, why would you want to play PS2 games on a PS3 anyway?!?!I know i got my PS3 to play PS3 games,lol!!

The only game i really play online is Fifa 08, i find it VERY addictive!!!

ps3 is basically a computer. People buy a console to play games. The xbox is the ultimate online game console. There suposidly making the xbox online free next year.
