Hi 2 days ago i used PROPER pH POWDER 7.5 and since then my water has been so cloudy i can only see my fish when they are near the front. Should it be like this.

Why did you use PH powder?

I'd suggest you keep changing the water until all of that stuff is out of there.

Yeah, I'm wondering why you're using the powder? If your pH is 6.0-8.0 I really wouldn't worry about messing with it at all. Your fish will more than likely get accustomed to your pH lvl so long as you acclimate them properly.
If for some reason you want to raise your pH... people suggest placing some coral into the tank. This method hasn't worked for me though.
What I do to raise the pH is add in baking soda to my tanks. The reason I have to raise pH is b/c for some reason the pH in my tanks gets so low it causes the bacteria to stall which makes ammonia and such build up. So to prevent that from happening, every water change I add in baking soda. It doesn't harm any of our fish even the sensitive one (the blue ram).
From what I read, baking soda only has a pH of up to about 8.0 so you don't have to worry about raising the pH too much if you add too much of it or something.

If you're determined to raise the pH, my suggestion would be to try baking soda. Add in just a little bit at a time depending on the size of your tank. Maybe a teaspoon at first... not sure how long to wait.. maybe a day just to be sure, then test pH to see what it's at... add more if you want pH higher.. wait then test again, etc etc.

Just a suggestion :)
