well last night coming home from work, a huge box was delivered. inside, my new 16 gal biOrb. i was in shock because to be honest i was expecting something a bit smaller. this thing was huge!!!!!!

the ideas of plants, hiding places, heater, how to make it look amazing and who is going to live in it just was endless but left me totally inspired.

i really have enjoyed the baby biOrb and my male betta is totally happy in there and the other girls when they visit him, just love it too......

so project betta community has started.

first step...........to cycle the tank. i don't know if i will do this fishless or with just one girl in it. i think the book said i could put up to 6 small fish but i won't do that. i need to prep the tank first.

i'll put up pics later of the new tank.

Cool :>

Sounds ace!

To be honest, if your a fan of fishless cycling go that way, But I still use fish to cycle...

Anyway you could take some of the water/filter media from your current tanks and introduce it to the new one?
