Here's a collection of photos timelining this tank's progress. It's nothing special, but I finally feel kind of good about it. Any more suggestions will be appreciated!
Here is the tank, fully cycled and plants freshly planted! Yes, that is a plastic plant in the middle. Also Crush from Finding Nemo.
3/26/13

Threw in some Java Fern balls.
4/1/13

Exactly five months later. The anubias on the driftwood did not have a rhizome. They were individual leaves poked into some potting wool. Stupid Petco. Anyway, I went back and one of the nice employees gave me a refund!
9/1/13

Got more driftwood and more crypts! Looking okay now, I think.
9/16/13

Today, an order from Bob's Tropical Plants came in with two banana plants, a marimo ball, and a really tall java fern! The java fern was taller than I thought it'd be. I was going to tie it onto the big driftwood to give my tank some height, but this works too.

I'm open to suggestions for anything!
Thanks for reading!
