Problems In Tank

Having a problem with a couple of my Rummy nosed tetra, they seem to be developing an open and reddend vent and some weight loss, I have lost two fish so far.

Also I have two Bolivian Rams, one has a swollen vent but both are passing thin stream of what looks like mucus/hair type stuff.
Very difficult to get pictures of these issues but will try.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Yes, I'd say internal parasites.
