Problem!

My pentazona barbs are infested by ick/ich, they are covered from head to tail. What do I do? and what causes this to prevent "it" from coming back. HELP PLSSSSS

Not really in the right section. Try the Tropical Fish Emergency Section.

Best thing to do is get Ich medication from the store. I've just had success with Quick Cure. You should raise the temp in the tank and treat accordingly.

Although if you just Google "Ich", you will find all the info you need and won't have to wait for a response. No need for me to retype what is easily accessible and already out there

I wasn't sure if there was a good Ich topic on this site. That advice is right on Azotemia
