Problem With Wet/dry Filter New Or Is It Me?

help,

ive just set my new fish tank up and there is a built in filter.

so there is the filter at the bottom and the pipe going up to the main bit (which was already there), then there is a right angle coming up and a tube with holes going onto the filter pads, well the water doesnt get up that high it gets to the top of the pump but doesnt go through the right angle. dont see how it could possily do anything else!

it is a biological wet/dry filter

Put more water into the tank... or have you tried that?

Do you have a Juwel Tank?
