Problem With Texas Cichlid

Tank size: 6ft by 2ft by 2ft
pH: 6.8
ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 20ppm
kH:
gH:
tank temp: 25 degrees celcius

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): Fish appears to have growths or sores on fins where the fin joins the body as well as on the face above the mouth

Volume and Frequency of water changes: 15% every 2 weeks

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: ammonia, nitrite, nitrate remover. Activated Carbon. Phosphate Remover. Complete Water treatment

Tank inhabitants: Oscar, jack dempsey, pleco, green terror, cuban, bristlenose, blue acara, convict

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): driftwood, some rocks and a pleco

Exposure to chemicals: don't know

Digital photo (include if possible):



The texas is the only fish in the tank that has any sign of something but he still swims around like normal but just has these growths or something growing on him. Any help would be highly appreciated. I have included a photo is this is any help.

Just want to check that they don't resemble a cauliflower.
