Problem With Sand Going Cloudy?

I am in the process of setting up my marine tank, and am having problems with my sand.

I have bought few bags of ultra fine grain sugar sand, and using it both in my tank and sump.

I have washed it thoroughly and now I have filled my tank with RO water.

I have let the sand settle and am now concerned.

Whenever I poke the sand, it looks like all the cloudiness gets released again.

I am concerned that when I buy the fish eventually, they will naturally poke the sand and move it around, will the entire tank end up going cloudy?

Anyone with any advice? My thinking is that it needs to be throughly washed again, bit by bit?

Late reply but usually the tank, fish, and inverts will work themselves out in this regard and it shouldn't be a problem
