Problem With Our Tiger Barbs!

Hi.we have a total of 8 tiger barbs in our tank and we have just seen that three of them dont look quite right. Thier black stripes have turned metalic green. Thier fins are in good shape and they seem happy enough at the moment but was wondering if they have something wrong with them. Can any one help please??

as TBs get older the black becomes green; this is how they managed to produce green TBs.

it is normal and nothing to worry about

thank you very much..... do you have any idea how old they get and at what stage they turn green. We inherited the fish with the tank a few weeks back and are relativley new at this

My TBs went green (no longer have any) around 8months in.
