Problem fitting Python to UK taps

I have been trying a Python of late....but had a problem with fitting it.

I assume i unscrew the spay plate inside the tap head and fit it to that (indoor tap)...it fts but the plastic thread is rubbish and i cant find a replacement anywhere.


How do UK owners secure their python?

Use lots and lots of plumbers tape. It will probably blow it off once every time you use it - just replace the tape. I leave the white plastic adapter in the tap all the time - saves possibly cross threading it putting it on/taking it off all the time.

There is a brass replacement for the plastic part which I am trying to source - if/when I find one I'll let you know.

ok...just seen it on the US site - i have emailed them to see if i can get one.
