Well.. the topic basically says it all. Right now i have two labs and two aceis in 50gallon tank and im having problems feeding the aceis. They reallly dont want to go up to the top of the tank and get the floating pellets, and the labs take them all. Im having a hard time finding pellots that sink. Anyone have any suggestions? Can Yellow finned aceis tend to be agressive?

Are the Acei's new to the tank? If so they may just need time to settle in. The natural Mbuna instinct to eat will eventually kick in but there are a lot of sinking pellet foods available for them in the mean time.

My husbands aceis love spirulina flake which he holds pinched in his fingers and submerges the flake before releasing it so the flakes sink right away. All of his fish come running at feeding time!
