Pro-plant Fertiliser Packs

Browsing through aquaessentials I came across Proplant fertilser packs and was wandering if anyone has had any experiance using this product.

Seems like an economical and easy to maintain way of fertilising a tank....does anyone know if these packs contain everything one needs to fertilise they're plants and is the quoted amount of time they work for (3 months) in a tank with normal light or a high light tank?

These are just trace elements so you'd still need to dose macro ferts to give the full spectrum thats needed.
