Pretty Guppy

i got several guppies of my friend the other day and came across an odd and pretty one. He is a male(obveusly) his dorsal fin is white and his main fin is tiger stripped and is like a crowntail betta. but the reason hes odd is due to the fact on his main fin an extra piece of fin is hanging(hard to describe, can't get photo to show). apparently my mate bought his 'dad' for £30, so considering thats expensive for a normal male guppies he must be a special little guy. well to me he is. do u think he's ok
