I don't see a video either but if the guppies were with males at any time then they are most likely pregnant.

I don't see the video either.. I agree with above, if the guppies are or were with males, then they are most likely.
Could you post couple of photos? It can also happen that you might have only males, but it depends.

I would say they are pregnant

If you have any male guppies with them they are most likely pregnant unless you see white stringy poop then they are sick.
