Pregnent Or Overfeeding

The stomach is swollen on 2 diffrent types of platies in one of my tank and it looks like their cheeks are red, am i over feeding, they sick, or parents?

can you get any pics? normally red gills is a sign of ammonia! do a water change, test before so we can see whats going on
