Pregnant Yes Or No?

hers my balloon molly i have had her a couple of weeks now she was in a mixed tank when i bought her as i got her and a male they have been mating continously since i have had them her belly has dropped but from above she is round also, like there is a little ball inside her. i have a few pics if anyone can make out if she is pregnant or not, it was really hard to take a pic of her, and not the best colour to try getting one of.

She is definitely pregnant and most likely further along than I had previously speculated. I'd say she has 7-10 days to go judging by her relatively small size (she looks pretty young). I'd keep an eye on her, it shouldn't be long.

[Edit] After looking at the pics again... does she have a little bump or tube protruding near her anal area? If so, this is her ovipositor and may indicate that she could drop at any time.

what i call her bum hole has been open for a couple of days now, but her back end hasnt dropped yet,she is eating well and is not hiding

Bum hole = vent. lol The squaring off isn't always so obvious with balloons especially when they are young. I'd say she'll drop within the week. Keep an eye out for further signs (loss of appetite, shyness, hiding etc.).

she is only about and inch maybe inch and a half, so i wont be expecting many will i??

Just to clarify, the anus (bum hole) and the vent are two separate things. The vent is the opening just behind the vent where the fry come out. I had a small balloon give birth to 80 in one go so I wouldn't count on a small number though it is likely.

both openings seem wide, and it looks like, hard to explain, like when you pout your lips.
