Pregnant Platy .

Hello ,
I finally have one pregnant platy and I'm very excited about it .
I was given one of those netting isolation box to protect the fry but I read ( here) that I'd rather isolate the pregnant female before she gaves birth .

My question: how early should i start the isolation and won't she get affected by being taken away from the rest of the community tank ?

By the way, Platies and Guppies are great together ! I'm so happy I folowed your adivce .

Oh Well,
I found my pregnant platy dead tonight in my tank ....I guess i did something wrong but still can not figure out what .....My Water readings are excellent and the others are doing fine .....
Will probably try some other way later if I have the chance of another pregnant female.....

im really sorry about the platy. maybe as soon as you see her pregnant isolate her.
