Pregnant Platy? (pics)

Hi there! I bought this platy on saturday, and she looks like she is going to have babies soon! I can see the little spots that are the eyes of the fry...These pictures were from Sunday. I bought one of those breeding boxes, the plasic ones with the section for the fry to drop down into so that the mom can't eat them but their safe inside the box.... Do you think I should put her in the breeder box yet? I'm afraid of putting her in ther too soon, but I can't tell if she's acting differently than usual because I've only had my platies for a few days.
I've never had fish before so this is exciting lol.

Hi sunny,welcome to the forums... personally i'd say shes really close... i'd be trapping her each nite and releasing in the morning if no show

the middle pic doesn't tell me she is close at all. yes she is pregnant, but not far along, maybe over fed the way the dip is at the front.

all the pics look to different. The first looks like she is really squared off unlike the other two pics.

yea I agree but it might just be they angle of the picture. But if she was squared off, you would know, there would be babies flying out of her!
