What kind of behaviour does a pregnant platy have?

I'm pretty sure one of my Platy's is pregnant as there's a garvid spot above her anal fin and (although she's not all that fat). I've noticed within the last few hours that she keeps on pecking at the sides and generally acting weird?? is this the type of behaviour that the have when they're about to pop??

if so what should I do with her as it's late in the evening and too late to go to LFS to get a breeding trap!!

she'll be going really fast. gravid spot will get bigger/ blacker, do not buy breeding net, get lots of hiding places for the fry.

When they are about to give birth, they usually hide somewhere and chase all other fish away. Generally acting moody. They can look kind of squarish head on.

My Platies always pick at the side of the tank. I think they are getting little bits of algae or something off it, as my Guppies do this too. I wouldn't say this is a sign of labor though.
