Pregnant or deformed?

The one at the top has a slightly arched back, could this be a deformity or could it be pregnant?

It's a deformity, and tetras are egg layers so they can't be pregnant, just egg laden

I had an endler with that same spine deformity. He did very well in his short little life. Ate, swam, played and seemed happy but definitely didn't live anywhere near as long as he should have.
