Pregnant Of Sick Tiger Barb?

I had 5 tiger barbs. 2 of them died within the last few weeks. They were always very active...well, now the large tiger barb is hanging up at the top near the plants. She does not stay with the other ones anymore. She barely moves and does not eat as much as she used to. I am concerned that she is either pregnant or sick. However, she has been like this for several days. What should I do...

She's certainly not pregnant , they dont get pregnant since they are egg layers.

What is your water quality like, are you constantly testing for ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, pH and what are the values?

If the fish is hanging on its own then it is definately sick, the tiger barbs as you know will always stick together and will remain alone if they are just absolutely wrecked tired or sick.

Are there any noticable differences in the appearance of the fish?
