Hey guys,

My Molly is VERY pregnant, and I have her in a 10 Gallon. I would like to save as many as possible, so I would hate for her or the other Molly I have her in the tank with to eat them.

I have :

30 gallon Long, with my turtle, so that option is out.

1 Gallon, Empty

10 Gallon with the pregnant Molly and another Molly

55 Gallon, with Shrimp, Loach, Mollies, Guppies, Platies, Swordtials.

So what would be the best option I could go with??

I forgot to mention, that in the 10 gallon, I have no plants or gravel. Its just plain...I was planning on throwing it out, but decided not to, and havnt gotten around to adding all that yet

I forgot to mention that my 10 gal, does not have any plants or gravel.

I was planning on throwing it away, but decided not to, and jsut ahvnt gotten around to adding things like that...So it's just a plain jane tank, with 2 mollies

I would let her give birth in the 10 gallon. Put java moss or make a spawning mop. Making them is easy; check out this site: click! The java moss/spawning moss gives the babies a place to hide from their hungry mother.

After she gives birth, move her into the 55 gallon with the others. The babies should do well in the 10 gallon. 1 gallon is too small for them to grow correctly. :(

My molly gave birth a little while ago....

I made a new post called "My Molly Popped" you can check it out, if you wanna see pics...if not...oh well.

I'm So happy
