pregnant mickey mouse platy

Hello all,

My Pregnant Mickey Mouse Platy has been pregnant for over four weeks and it seems as if she needs to be induced! I was wondering why she hasn't given birth yet and is their anything I can do to help. I have in my tank two german blue rams, a total of four mickey mouse platy including the pregnant one, four zebra danios, a male and female beta, and three amano shrimp in a 30gallon planted tank. My fish surprisingly are all very friendly and have never to my surprise harasssed any other fish. Please help! I have searched everywhere but got no answer.

There is nothing you can do to help I think, just be patient. It can take up to 6 weeks for a platy to give birth.
It's indeed surprising that all of your fish get along, especially with the male and female betta together... I would keep a close eye on them...
