Pregnant Guppy

I thought my guppy had started giving birth on Sunday but now we have a big sac hanging out and she looks like she is going to explode. She is very uncomfortable and is not swimming too well. Has anyone got any ideas what is wrong has the birth gone wrong and is there anything I can do to help her.

Have tried to get a picture but she is right at the back of the tank so will try again later. Water stats are fine and we check every couple of days. All the other fish are Ok and eating really well.
