Pregnant Guppy With White Spot Help!

As a new fish owner, i have had my first encounter with white spot, its infected my goldfish, betta, and guppies.

All are isolated and being treated

I am worried about the guppies, (three females, one male) they have white spot, and the females are pregnant? if they have white spot during pregnancy will the fry have white spot? The guppies are around 1 week pregnant, so will the white spot be cured before the birth? what should i do =(

As long as you treat the tanks they should be fine

Been here before until you sort your tank stocking out the fish will die of ammonia poisoning and desease.
