Pregnant Guppy Fungus Issue

So about a week and a half ago one guppied died during the treatment of what I'm assuming was fungus. She had a white patch on her body and it had spread to her fins. Started to look at is it was eating her alive. 2 days after I started treating her with Melafix she died so I stopped treating the tank since none of the other guppies had it. Now I have one of my pregnant guppies with a spot on her body above her top fin that is slightly lighter than the rest of her body. Not sure if it was always there though. Should I go ahead and start the treatment over even though she is pregnant? (3 other femlaes guppies are pregnant as well in the same tank)

Well I went ahead and started the treatment.. I rather lose the babies than the mama.. she can have more if shes healthy. But theres no chemicles so I hope it wont harm the fry either.. :\
