Pregnant Endler Developed A Lump!

HI, 1 of my endlers livebearer has developed a lump, it is not like where it is raised and round like a spot, it is more pointed shape to the left of her stomach, could it be related to her carrying young, she is about 2month old i would say since she was born.

All parametres in good order.

If the lump hard is sounds like a tumour.
If its soft and like filled with fluid you need a bacterial med.

Thanks, I've just had another look and it is gone! Maybe it was something to do with pregnancy? although i have never seen it before, i'll keep an eye out.
