Pregnant Dalmation Molly....and The Male!

Hi,

I think my dalmation molly is pregnant as her belly is huge! the silver male molly is constantly around her and keeps chasing away my 3 male guppies. is this normal? his top fin keeps fanning out aswell. he also swims under her belly (towards the tail) and then it looks like hes trying to mate with her....im pretty new to all of this so have no idea what mating mollies look like! but this is different to how they normally are, can someone please help....?

How large is your tank? Mollies need a lot of room. Also, that's normal behaviour for the male, I'd recommend getting another couple female mollies to keep the male... occupied
Chances are the female is pregnant, you can usually tell by looking at her fromthe back, she should have a large 'gravid spot', or dark area.

The female is more than likely pregnant.
Has mollies are livebearers she may be due to drop fry,the male follows to eat any imminent fry and then to mate with her after...
