Hi there, one of our brown Cory catfish is pregnant so we put it in this breeding net ,so it is separated from all the other fish, so when it lays eggs, the eggs won't get eaten. it is very stressed at the moment and is trying to get out of the breeder. what must I do ?

Cories are egg layers which means the female lays her eggs then the male fertilises them. If the female is alone, the eggs won't be fertilised.
Cories usually lay eggs on solid surfaces, typically the tank walls though they can also be laid on the filter or heater and plants. What most people do is leave the female in the tank, then after the eggs are laid, remove the eggs either using a strip of plastic (eg old credit card) or their fingers to remove the eggs and place them in the net or other container.
