Pregnant Barb?

Hi all,
just registerd cos ive got a question to ask which needs answering asap.
I bought 5 x-ray barbs on saturday. yesterday i noticed that 2 of them had become fat, today i saw that them two plus another one have become even fatter, one of them has become kind of square shaped a the bottom. Could they be pregnant?
What should i do, ive never handled pregnant fish before.

water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate,
has the tank been cycled?
How much did you feed?
Did you acclimate them?
Any scales sticking out?
What does their poop look like?

i havent checked the stats yet but the tank is fully cycled. there are no scales sticking out and the poop is normal but one of them is constipated.

Have you fed them yet? How do you know it's constipated? try fasting for a day or two then feeding microwaved shelled peas.
