Preggo Platy? (Read Description)

Um my problem is ive had a sunburst platy in my tank for 2 weeks plus whatever amount of time it was at the fish store im looking at her now and she looks fat compared to my other fish that are fed the same I bought a divider to seperate the pregnant platys from the other fish. My tank is pretty crowded so idk what I should do woth the fry? Could I put them in a 2 gallon fish tank while theyre still young and small?

Any fry I want to save I always put in my 5g. I'm sure a 2g would be fine to grow them out. And yes she does look pregnant to me, and nicely squared too, so it shouldn't be too much longer until the fry are born. Remember to filter the water in the 2g and use a filter sock or sponge on the intake to protect the babies from being sucked in. Have fun with the babies!
