Pregant Guppy

I have a pregnant guppy her nick name for now is balloon guppy, her gravid spot is peachy colored and not black my other guppy is the same way but a black gravid spot.

Just becasue a fish is pregnant, dont go by the gravid spot, guppies especially can have a gravid spot and not be pregnant as this has been proven in virgin females who have produced a gravid spot still...

A fish can also be pregnant and show any signs of the gravid spot darkening, the best thing to go by is the size of her belly..

A pregnant guppy will look like this when she is ready to drop...

Always go by the belly
